Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation policies may vary by service type, appointment timing, product preparation, and whether services have already been rendered. Payments made in error or for services that cannot be provided will be reviewed and refunded when appropriate.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be charged a fee. This policy helps us protect appointment availability for all patients and maintain the high standard of care you expect.
